 A Private Membership Association is an entity that lies in the private domain, and is completely free from business-related regulations, laws, ordinances, policies, and mandates. This structure has been around for hundreds of years, and has never fallen the test of the Supreme Court. The idea of a PMA is similar to having house guests over to a dinner party, and selling them a bottle of wine without a liquor license, and serving food without health department involvement. We can do what we choose with our invited house guests, because it is our private home, correct? Well, the private members of your business are the same concept. Private Healthcare Associations, as well as Private Education Associations can all be done under this umbrella as well. 

How? All you need are properly drafted founding documents done by a professional paired with an in depth education and an understanding of how this all works. Cancel your business license. Dissolve the corporation. Form your own learning center. Restructure your church. Don't worry about your DC, NP, MD, DO, or RN license . . . you don't need one. Stop asking the government for permission. FREE YOURSELF.
